The Admission
The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Yojana is a government initiative to provide education loans up to ₹4 lakh to students for pursuing higher education in recognized institutions.
✅ The student must be a resident of Bihar.
✅ Must have passed 12th grade from a recognized board.
✅ Should be enrolled in an approved course in a recognized college/university.
✅ Age should be below 25 years at the time of application for UG.
✅ Age should be below 29 years at the time of application for PG.
Students can get an education loan of up to ₹4 lakh under this scheme.

बेरोजगारों को नहीं चुकाना होगा स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड लोन – सीएम नीतीश
बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने घोषणा की कि स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना के तहत उच्च शिक्षा के लिए लिए गए लोन की वापसी बेरोजगार छात्रों से नहीं करवाई जाएगी। सरकार का लक्ष्य अधिक से अधिक छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा का लाभ दिलाना है।
बिहार से बाहर पढ़ने वाले छात्रों को भी मिलेगा स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड का लाभ
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने घोषणा की कि बिहार के मूल निवासियों को, जिन्होंने मैट्रिक या इंटर की पढ़ाई अन्य राज्यों से की है, अब स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना का लाभ मिलेगा। योजना के तहत स्वीकृत राशि का ऑनलाइन हस्तांतरण भी शुरू किया गया, जिससे छात्रों को आसान और सुलभ शिक्षा ऋण मिल सकेगा।
स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड: नैक मान्यता की अनिवार्यता में एक साल की छूट
बिहार सरकार ने स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना के तहत नैक मान्यता की अनिवार्यता में एक साल की छूट दी है, जिससे 381 निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों के छात्रों को राहत मिलेगी। 2024-25 सत्र में नामांकन लेने वाले विद्यार्थियों को इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा, जिससे उन्हें शिक्षा ऋण प्राप्त करने में आसानी होगी।
